Front end looks Booooooooring, but I’m sure they’ll have sportier versions with different treatments over this cars inevitable 16+ year lifespan.......

It’ll be interesting to see if they stick to the NA V6. It’s a great motor (not great sounding) but with everyone driving turbo’d cars nowadays, I wonder if they’ll lose sales due to the lack of oomph a NA car has down low. Obviously, NA has tons of advantages, but does the average consumer know and want that, or do they just look at numbers?

This is a good question. I would assume they would use the NA as a base cheap engine (why would I assume that? It makes sense...Nissan won’t do it) and then one of their twin turbo offerings that you can get in the infinities?

Personally I really like it and if it’s priced right with a manual it could be the newest car I’ve bought yet. I can see the aftermarket support being gooood

I don’t like the rear panel, it looks like a Mustang. The rest looks pretty good. I don’t know if they can put the plate up where it belongs but they should, or at least not put that little circle in there. The emblem should be off to the right side somewhere.

That engine cover is the same one that was on my Q50 with the VR30DDTT engine. Just with a Nissan logo. Fairly certain that's the turbo engine.

If the Q50 is any indication, they will just use the detuned V30ddtt in the base model with 300hp and the 400hp in the more expensive version.

The 300hp one is a tune away from roughly 450hp, so that would be neat.

It’s better than most of the other renders I’ve seen. I’m okay with it looking like that. Front end is very 350z (which is fine) while the rear is retro 280/240z. That wasn’t the best part of those cars imho, but it works okay.

I wonder what the take rate on manual cars is these days for the 370z.

Idk, it gives me weird  Opel Monza vibes? Especially the back since it’s a hatch and it has that blacked out rear fascia panel.
